When I first started giving readings, it was a casual family experience.
My grandmother Esther, “Nanny”, read playing cards for herself, family and friends long before I was born.
Since I was the only grandchild who showed interest in the activity, I learned to read cards at the same kitchen table where we ate
and lit the Sabbath candles. That was over fifty years ago.

Some years later, in 1972 New York City, many people wanted readings done discreetly in the privacy of their own or a friend's home, so there came to be many other kitchen tables to visit, from the bountiful to the most modest. Those Kitchens Past had at least one common bond: they all made me feel "at home" the minute I sat down. The kitchen was once the true heart of the home for the majority of the population, the place where families gathered to share food and the days' stories, a place where women met to pass down unwritten wisdoms from generation to generation.
Card readings these days are far less about predictions than how to recognize, handle and create one's options; getting a reading is making time for personal reflection, a time to pause and consider Possibilities and Probabilities. As a certified energy worker and life coach, I teach people how to tap into their own energy and intuition through visualization and gentle self-guided thought. I also love teaching people How to properly use the Law of Attraction with Intention more often than by default, How to help manifest desires and How to meditate.
For the past three-plus years, I have joyfully devoted myself to a twice-weekly live video show called Intuitube, which is about to become The Celestial Tea Room. I share all the "good stuff" that I can to help people see how wonderful they really are on the 2-hour shows for free.
In my heart is a virtual "kitchen" where I sit holding cards and a pot of coffee, ready to "pour out" whatever I can to assist and encourage others in their quest for happiness.
I believe that without learning to hear and trust our inner voices, we will remain forever the followers - and slaves - of our own PAST history, OTHER people's dreams and handed-down belief systems and social myths. Followers are dedicated to repeating patterns.
Leaders of Self carve new and better paths for themselves and when they do so, it often holds benefits for others as well.
So, it is important to me to try to help people see how truly intuitive they are, how to become more-so and how to use it specifically for themselves.

"The Hat" is what we draw the winner's name from at the end of the last show of the month.
The winner must be Present to Win, or else we pick another name from the Hat. After that, we will set an appointment date and time that suits our schedules. If the Gift of the Month is a book, rock or whatever, we will await the Winner's shipping address and then, well, ship it out!
